I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Time to quit?
Why do I even continue with this blog? Like I honestly still take photos of my meals. Why? I know what they look like, no one else really cares, I should just stop. It's seriously become habit. I don't even think about it anymore. I should try and stop for like a week and see how it feels? No. I can't. This blog, as boring as it is, keeps me accountable for my actions. I write my cheats and write my exercise. If I feel like there isn't enough exercise showing up, I do more. Even though there's probably like a few people who read this, those few people keep me staying on track. You may think you don't matter, but you do!
Keep posting, it's good to journalize!
