Greek Salad. Romaine lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, chicken and greek dressing.
I may have had 2 chocolate covered pretzels. Sue me! TWO!
Dinner
See photo below :) Asparagus, turkey and 2 hard boiled eggs. Too much protein? Juice. I uploaded the nutrition info for the juice. I feel it is deceiving and not as good as I think.
Exercise: 1 hour personal training session. Legs/core.
the juice, 27 grams of sugar is a lot.
ReplyDeleteremember this - 4 grams of sugar is 1 table spoon. so that it about 7 teaspoons. too much for a glass of juice!
correction !! 4 grams of sugar is one TEASPOON!.
