My neck feels waaaaaaay better this morning. It must have been the workout last night!
5:30 a.m: Very little bit of my cereal with rice milk.
Exercise (7:00 a.m): 1 hour with trainer.
9:00 a.m: Oatmeal with cinnamon, flax seed, banana and water.
12:30 p.m: Lunch again for a going away party for a co-worker. What else is new. Went to Jack Astor's. I had one of three veggie items on their menu. You suck Jack Astor's. it was a veggie burger with ceaser salad. Burger was crap. I also snacked on artichoke and cheese dip and their delicious grease filled cheesy pan bread beforehand. I feel fat.
So If you do follow this blog quite well, you'll notice I'm not happy with my food choices lately. So, I've felt guilty and like I'm not losing as much as I could be. So, I'm gonna do a weigh-in and measurement soon so I can see if I am actually losing like I should be. I don't know if this is all in my head. If I haven't lost what I should have I know I'll shape up.
Did u do a weigh in??? I might join another bootcamp type thing? The one Mary ann goes to.
