Soooo I woke up an hour early just to try and fix the stiff neck. Frozen veggie pack to the rescue! It's still here but I know it's gonna get worse. So today is all about posture. If I sit straight it should fix itself.... no? No. Anyways, I coincidentally had a chiropractor appointment today at lunch for my knee pain so this works out well. She can maybe fix me. I feel like it will hurt.
7:00 a.m: Protein shake. Maybe the protein will heal my muscles? Rice milk, banana, strawberries, protein powder.
Oh, why does the chlorine in the pool in my building leave a lingering smell? Ugh. I took a shower yesterday and figured all would be well. Well, I think I was the smelly person on the subway this morning. I hate that person! Anyways, I brought a towel with me and showered at work haha Kinda nice we have a shower here. Anyways, I still smell it. My fruity lotion better mask it. Ugh, never swimming there again!
1:00 p.m: See below. Bunch of salads.
Chiropractor fixed my neck a bit but I just need to keep stretching it out. I know you care.
7:00 p.m: You know when I go grocery shopping I'll get my wheatberry salad. Got a few little potato pieces with it. I also had some baked kale with this. Photo not shown! Small container. Twice today I'm eating wheatberry.
9:00 p.m: Smushed up an avocado in lime juice, garlic, salt and cilantro and had it with some organic flaxseed tortilla chips.
The question tonight is will I be able to go to bootcamp in the morning? Hopefully my neck feels better. I had to bail on gym today to rest it. I plan to ice it soon. Must get back on the wagon! I've been work out free for like 4 days! *gasp*!
