Finally.
8:00 a.m: Half a banana.
9:00 a.m: Handful of almonds.
12:30 p.m: Falafel pita. Delish.
3:00 p.m: Had some all dressed chips that were in the kitchen... boooo to having no control.
Exercise (4:30 p.m): 1 hour personal training.
7:30 p.m: Nothing in the fridge so I got persuaded into sushi with friends. Sushi Moto on Yonge... pricy but tasty. See below. Not seen is the miso soup and the fudgsicles I had later in the night.

So I made oreo biscotti for a family get together I am going to tomorrow. I had a few pieces. Tasted ok. I'll take photos tomorrow of all the food that I'm sure will be at my parent's house.
