8:00 a.m: Banana
9:00 a.m: Handful of almonds.
12:30 p.m: Falafel lunch thing. Lentil rice was delicious.
F-ing hot out. I do not approve. I only approve if I were swimming, which I obviously am not. I will stay in my freezing cold office for the remainder of the day.
Exercise (5:00 p.m): 1 hour personal training. Had a protein bar right after.
7:30 p.m: Salad. Arugula, tomato, red pepper, goat cheese, TVP, balsamic dressing.
