7:15 a.m: Bran cereal with flax seed, rice milk.
12:15 p.m: Leftover veggies from yesterday's lunch. Also had some Hickory sticks that were in the kitchen. See? Back at work and the temptations are plenty.
3:00 p.m: Some chocolate covered hazelnuts. So good. Ugh.
5:30 p.m: Banana
