9:00 a.m: Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, flax seed, water, banana. Cinnamon is great. It masks the strange flavour of my protein powder.
12:00 p.m: The usual salad. Arugula, goat cheese, TVP, red pepper, tomato. Also had some trail mix that was laying around.
Wheatberry, parsley, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, green onion, sunflower seeds, S&P, tomato. |
8:30 p.m: Gotta love kale. So good and so good for you. I toasted it lightly in bit of olive oil/salt. Nice snack.
