12:30 p.m: An array of middle eastern salads and some falafel. One of those combo's.
3:00 p.m: Protein bar. It's been bad having a supply of these in my desk. I keep going for it as my afternoon snack.
8:00 p.m: Veggies fried in olive oil, greek yogurt, potato.
Is this a lot of food? yes. I probably should've had half. But it's almost all veggie! |
