I skipped boot camp. I came to work, felt sick, slept at my desk for an hour.
12:30 p.m: Salad. With stuff.
7:00 p.m: Salad with tomato, goat cheese, arugula, olive oil, lemon. Mushrooms sauteed in butter, boiled asparagus with shredded cheese. I didn't finish all the salad.
Exercise (9:30 p.m): 1 hour at the gym
