5:30 a.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, strawberry, banana, protein powder
Exercise (7 a.m.): 45 min boot camp. I feel like I dislocated my hip like an old person.
10:00 a.m: Baby carrots
12:30 p.m: Leftover lasagna from last night. Tasted even better on day two!
3:00 p.m: Mini donuts. Fail.
8:00 p.m: I had leftover veggies from last night's lasagna. So, I put them all in a pan and essentially made lasagna with whole wheat macaroni instead. Cheesy.
