Exercise (7:00 a.m.): 45 min boot camp
10:00 a.m: Sipping on a protein shake. Just powder and water.
12:15 p.m: Mushroom soup and veggie wrap from good ol' Ravi Soups.
2:45 p.m: Mini donuts from Little Nicky's. Fail!
6:30 p.m: 2 scrambled eggs with butter, onion, feta cheese. Baked beans in tomato sauce.
9:00 p.m: Kale toasted with olive oil, salt. I hate that my grocery store is hit or miss with kale. Sometimes it's super old and others fresh. No consistency! I want it all the time damnit.
