6:00 a.m: Little bit of cereal with rice milk
Exercise (7:00 a.m): 1 hour with trainer
9:00 a.m: Strawberry protein shake. Just powder and water.
7:45 p.m: Ok, soooo no lunch today. Busy day at work. Somehow, I managed not to die of starvation. Anyways, this is scrambled eggs and a blend of quinoa, goat cheese, tomato, olive oil, lemon, salt. It'll do.
