3:00 p.m: Falafel sandwich
5:30 p.m: Went to a pub with the new co-workers. Had the usual pub foods. Nachos, some sweet potato fries and a few perogies. No alcohol. No one noticed yet I don't think. In time. They'll be making fun of it in no time.
Exercise (9:15 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill
