9:30 a.m: Some almonds
Exercise (11 a.m): 1 hour on the treadmill
1:00 p.m: See below. Arugula with goat cheese (olive oil and lemon dressing), 2 hard boiled eggs, tempeh.
Exercise (4:30 p.m): 1 hour at the gym. Yes, again. I'm bored, ok? Imagine how fit I'd be if I had no job.
6:00 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, strawberry, half banana, ice, protein powder, some coconut flakes
8:30 p.m: Warmed a bit of a sweet potato and had with some cinnamon
