I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Monday
8:00 a.m: Banana, fruit juice
9:30 a.m: Protein shake
12:45 p.m: Mushroom soup. Mmmm. Buttery biscuit came with it.
3:00 p.m: Some chips
7:00 p.m: Veggies and tofu in korma sauce. The sauce had like no flavour. I guess that's what you get when you buy the healthiest kind.
8:00 pm onwards: Friends came over. Had stove top popcorn and a chocolate bar
probably needed salt
