I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

7:45 a.m: Almond butter on some melba toast
12:00 p.m: Unhealthy food around the office. Quiche, artichoke dip, chocolate, stuff.
6:30 p.m: Veggies and tempeh
I may have snacked on some chocolate chips.
Exercise (10:00 p.m): 30 min Nike Fit App workout. Loving it. No need to be social and go to the gym.
