11a.m: almond butter on Melba toast
2:00 p.m: banana, Cadbury mini eggs
5:30 p.m: cream cheese and tomato on whole wheat toast.
6:30 p.m: my moms 'diet' soup. Cabbage mostly.
10 p.m: popcorn at the movies. No butter.
