Oh how Monday creeps up so quick. Already thinking about Friday.
8:00 a.m: Few almonds
9:30 a.m: Protein powder and water
Girl problems: Wearing lipstick makes me drink less water. Bad.
12:45 p.m: Veggie frittata and salad. Some bread that came with it.
FYI. I'm on 'no sugar' right now. I want chocolate.. nowwwwww. I know I will have a bit of sugar tonight cause I'm gonna have the last of that stuff I made yesterday but after that, annoying city is ahead.
3:00 p.m: Tea.
6:45 p.m: Another piece of the chickpea thing from last night. No more sugar after this!
7:30 p.m: This. Well, not all of it. Half- ish. Veggies, tomato and spaghetti squash. Parm cheese. I was still hungry so I had almond butter with Melba toast.
