Once again I put my alarm on to work out this morning and failed. I should just abandon that ship and stop trying. Stick to after work.
Day after a day off - feels refreshing but also super lazy.
10:00 a.m: Protein shake. Just powder and water. 30 grams!
1:00 p.m: Leftover Chinese food from Sunday. I feel yucky. It was a lot of noodles and veggies. Could've really eaten half the noodles and been satisfied.
7:30 p.m: Finally got groceries. Salad with spinach, tomato, goat cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt. Mushrooms fried in vegan butter. Boiled brussel sprouts with some parm cheese.
8:15 p.m: Small cup of fat free cottage cheese
10:00 p.m: Bit of stove top popcorn. Made with olive oil.
No gym. :(
