8:00 a.m: Handful of almonds
9:00 a.m: Fried egg and cheese English muffin.
I was supposed to meet my trainer this morning but I bailed. :( I barely got any sleep and was exhausted. Boooooo.
12:30 p.m: veggie fritata and salad.
Chips, again.
Exercise (8:00 p.m): 45 mins on the treadmill.
9:00 p.m: Made potato salad. Potato, avocado, parsley, garlic, green onion, lemon, olive oil, salt.
