Remember when I used to work out? Hah. Back at it tonight.
9:30 a.m: Co-worker bought delicious sweets. I indulged. Carbs.
1:00 p.m: Veggie burger and salad. No bread though. Sooo good.
Exercise (6:00 p.m): 1 hr with the trainer. Didn't work out for 3 days and I felt like a fat ass. 3 days. That's not even bad!!
7:15 p.m: Protein drink
8:00 p.m: 1 hard boiled egg, baby brussel sprouts fried in vegan butter and garlic, some salt.
I just spent two hours trying on my own clothes. Annoying girl city up in my place.
