11:30 a.m: 2 hard boiled eggs and brussel sprouts. Usual go to quick meal.
3:00 p.m: Handful of almonds
5:00 p.m: At the mall. I was bored. This was honestly the healthiest option at this mall. I TRIED!! Asked for less noodles and more veggie. So ya, noodle, broccoli, eggplant tofu.
7:00 p.m: Smoothie. Rice milk, almond butter, cinnamon, cocoa powder, frozen banana, oatmeal, ice
9:00 p.m: I had some multigrain nacho chips. ugh.
