Summer party day at work.
6:00 a.m: Banana
Exercise (7:00 a.m): 45 min boot camp
8:30 a.m: Protein drink
10:00 a.m: Fried egg and cheese English muffin
12:00 p.m: Small bag of some special cracker thing Winner's gave away for free.
I was out for a work even that was catered. I mean, I did have salad but it was mostly carbs soooo yea. Oh well.
Did do a protein drink when I got home at like 9.
