Exercise (11:30 a.m): 5k run.
August is my bitch right now. Killing it. Worked out 6 days in a row and plan to keep going. Bring it!!
12:30 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, frozen berries, protein powder.
2:00 p.m: Carrots and hummus. Chips were had throughout the afternoon. At a friends.
7:00 p.m: Sushi... Again.
Suppose it wasn't the healthiest day for food.
