Exercise (11 a.m): 5 km run
12:30 p.m: Coconut milk, frozen strawberries, protein powder.
2:30 p.m: A huge avocado smushed with lemon and salt. Spread onto toasted pita bread. Damning good!
4:30 p.m: Parents brought over dinner, for my birthday. I had mostly healthy dinner but then there was the apple pie. Oh I had that alright. Felt really full by the end of it.
Thanks God for that run in the morning!
