Waking up and first thing I am doing it drinking a glass of water with lemon juice in it. Apparently this is good. Then I take my probiotic pill. Oh life.
Exercise (11:00 a.m): 5 km run. This run was brought to you by the Black Keys. Good music.
1:00 p.m: Broccoli that I griddled. In a pan -> 3 eggs, coconut oil, sweet potato, onion. Salt and peppa. Fullllll. That's a lot of food. Embarrassing.
4:30 p.m: parents house. Salad, asparagus, lentils.
7:00 p.m: At the mall. Coconut slushie. I wish I had asked for no sugar.
8:00 p.m: sandwich. Whole wheat toast bread, slice of cheddar cheese, tomato and avocado.
I'm always freaking hungry.
fact: Jogging makes you hungry.
