Guess who voluntarily woke up for exercise again?? Yea!!
Exercise (6:00 a.m): 40 min treadmill. 30 running. Stamina is rising!
7:00 a.m: Protein drink, few almonds
12:15 p.m: This. Quinoa salad, a kale salad and potato wedge things. It was good. Is it bad that whenever there is a carb or cheese in my meal I feel guilty? Ugh.
4:00 p.m: A small piece of dark chocolate
7:00 p.m: Made a stir fry with a bunch of veggies with coconut oil and soy sauce.
