In so much pain today I'm calling it a rest day. No working out. No matter what. I may be pushing myself too hard and the last thing I need is an injury.
9:00 a.m: 2 rice cakes with hazelnut butter and banana
2:15 p.m: Protein bar, Toast with 1/2 avocado, slice of Swiss cheese, tomato
3:00 p.m: Potato salad, tabouli, 2 veggie patties.
5:00 p.m: Quite a hefty bowl of hazelnut gelato. This has been the biggest cheat I've had in a while! It went down nice.
First relaxed day in a while. I feel.... weird.
8:00 p.m: Kale toasted with olive oil and salt. Yum. Bit of cottage cheese.
