7:00 a.m: 2 rice cakes with almond butter
9:30 a.m: Banana chips
11:30 a.m: A paleo carrot muffin again from MK.
1:00 p.m: A frittata and salad.
4:00 p.m: Apple
Exercise (6:30 p.m): 1 hr boxing. Sweaty, but good. Feeling like I'm improving with every lesson.
9:00 p.m: Weirdo dinner but whatever. 1/2 an avocado. Bok choy, mushroom and kale fried with coconut oil and garlic. Had some cottage cheese after and a few pecans.
