6:30 a.m: Handful of almonds
Exercise (7:30 a.m): 45 mins at the gym. Cardio and weights.
9:00 a.m: Protein bar
I've also had chocolate at work. Someone finish these already.
12:30 p.m: Vegan salad.
Rest of the night was a write off. I indulged.
Amazing pizza though from Magic Oven.
