Boot camp begins. Yea! So ready!
7:45 a.m: Banana
9:30 a.m: Baby carrots
1:00 p.m: Leftover soup from yesterday
3:15 p.m: 1 rice cake with cashew butter
5:00 p.m: 1/2 an apple
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Felt good.
7:30 p.m: Protein drink
9:00 p.m: Dinner. Spinach, beans, zucchini, corn, tomato, onion, mushroom, coconut oil, cauliflower. 1/2 avocado.
