11:30 a.m: 2 rice cakes with cashew butter
2:00 p.m: Randoms from grocery store salad bar.
Exercise (4:00 p.m): Thank you global warming for this awesome Fall like weather in January. I went out for a 5km run and a minute faster than my usual! yea!
6:30 p.m: Mmmm to dinner. Roasted brusells sprouts with olive oil and S&P, the leek, mushroom, onion, sweet potato soup I made last week. Loving it.
Had like 3 dates. The food, not the outting. Hah.
10:30 p.m: Bit of popcorn
