12:00 p.m: Kale, spinach, mushroom, onion fried in coconut oil. Egg salad made of 2 eggs, dijon mustard, green onion, S&P, cottage cheese. Not too bad.
2:00 p.m: Parents house. I want to leave and I've been here 5 minutes.
4:00 p.m: Banana
Exercise (6:45 p.m): Spent 45 mins at the gym. Meh. Boring when no one is there to motivate you. Miss my boot camp. Back at it tomorrow.
7:45 p.m: Exact same dinner as last night. Soup and brussel sprouts.
9:15 p.m: protein shake with stuff in it.
