8:00 a.m: Banana
11:45 a.m: 1 rice cake with the last of the cashew butter
12:15 p.m: Leftover from last night's dinner. There is tons of leftover sandwiches on the tables at work. Meeting. If I ate meat, I'd have one now. Luckily, the last veggie option was taken. See, not eating meat can work to your benefit. Saved some unnecessary calories!
3:00 p.m: 2 rice cakes with 1/2 avocado spread over them.
I've maxed my rice cake limit for the day.
4:30 p.m: Apple
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp
7:30 p.m: Protein drink
9:00 p.m: some cottage cheese
10:00 p.m: Spaghetti squash. Coconut oil, cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, onion, spinach, curry powder.
