7:45 a.m: 2 rice cakes with almond butter and banana
12:30 p.m: A lentil wrap and mushroom soup.
3:15 p.m: Apple with almond butter. I've probably maxed my 'healthy fats' limit today.
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Sweat puddle.
7:30 p.m: protein drink
9:15 p.m: cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato roasted with olive oil. Spinach and onion fried in coconut oil. Tahini all over.
