Made my veggie curry for the family. Success. Needed more salt. I never know that. Also roasted brussels sprouts.

Toast with avocado, cheese, mayo and tomato.
1 hard boiled egg
Cauliflower roasted in the oven. Sauce made of tomato paste, hot sauce, water, S&P, basil.
