8:00 a.m: Shake. Rice milk, protein powder, cinnamon, banana, apple
12:30 p.m: Veggie curry with brown rice and a potato soup. Full.
4:00 p.m: chips. Like I do every damn Friday.
Exercise (7:00 p.m): 7.3k run outside. Took 51 minutes. Not bad? 3 weeks til the 10k. Eeeek.
9:00 p.m: 2 hard boiled eggs
