Wanna go home. Why? I just want to go home and go running.
It's day three of me not eating sugar. I don't even want any at this point. So far so good.
10:00 a.m: Handful of almonds
12:00 p.m: Leftover of that salad from last night. 2 hard boiled eggs, Put hemp hearts all over it. I also had a few bites of a tuna sandwich. TUNA. I ate meat.
4:00 p.m: some nachos on a patio
Exercise (7:00 p.m): 6.8k run outside
9:00 p.m: personal pizza I made with cauliflower crust. So good.
