9:30 a.m: Piece of homemade sugar free banana bread. Good! I feel like I haven't had dessert in ages so this was nice.
12:00 p.m: Half an egg salad sandwich on rye bread. Leftovers of the veggie curry with Greek yogurt from Saturday.
4:00 p.m: Baby carrots
7:00 p.m: Protein bar
Exercise (7:30 p.m): 1 hr boot camp
9:00 p.m: Protein shake. Almond milk, almond butter, banana, protein powder.
