12:00 p.m: 2 hard boiled eggs, veggies stir fried in coconut oil. Put hemp hearts and nutritional yeast over it all.
2:30 p.m: 2 rice cakes with 1/2 an avocado over them.
Still hungry.
5:30 p.m: Egg salad sandwich, protein bar.
Exercise (7:30 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. The instructor was not the usual one. This one was nothing short of a drill sergeant. We were all scared. But I guess we did the exercises and today my ab muscles hurt so hey, winner.
9:45 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, almond butter, cinnamon, coconut flakes, honey, protein powder, banana
