7:45 a.m: Shake. Almond milk, coconut shreds, cinnamon, banana, spinach, protein powder, fibre powder
12:14 p.m: A friggin green wrap from Freshii. Tasted pretty good but leaves a grass feeling in your mouth. Whatever, healthy. Wrapped in collard greens --> rice noodles, kale, tofu, carrots, cilantro, bean sprouts, cucumbers, peanut sauce.
2:45 p.m: 2 rice cakes with 1/2 an avocado spread over.
6:30 p.m: ton of veggies stir fried in coconut oil. Added chickpeas. Sauce is coconut milk and curry. Greek yogurt on top. Good.
