Yesterday was an awesome boxing/running day. But that was then, this is now. I think I'm over posting times of when I ate and exercised. List form it is, for now.
- Banana
- Nature Valley granola bar
- Home made frittata. Egg, zucchini, mushroom, red pepper, feta cheese, spinach, salt and pepper, onion, curry powder.
- Carrots and celery with some ranch dip
- Smoked almonds
- A couple of Hershey's kisses
