I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Saturday
- Steel cut oats, blueberries, protein drink
- 100g black beans, 2 cups spinach fried in some water with taco seasoning. Delish! 8 almonds, 3 fish oil.
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- Shake. Rice milk, protein powder, strawberries, spinach. Tasteless. 3 fish oil.
- 10 almonds, 5 egg whites, asparagus and bok choy.
