Day one of diet.
- 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg, scrambled. Blueberries. Missing: my oatmeal. Next time. I could only prep so much after last night.
- 11, count them, 11 almonds. Greek yogurt.
- Brown rice and black beans, asparagus and mushroom. No flavour, just boiled. Bah.
- Chickpeas, sweet potato, greens. All just steamed. Salt n peppa.
- 1 hr boot camp. Killed it.
- 3 rice cakes and protein drink
- Cottage cheese and 11 almonds
