- Exact same lunch as yesterday (surprise, surprise) but used quinoa instead of rice.
- Exact same dinner as yesterday. Time to change up the dinners on work out days...
- 1 hr boxing training. Loving it.
- Protein drink, 3 rice cakes
- Cottage cheese and almonds
Protein central right here. Who needs meat.
