- Stir fried veggies, chicken breast
- 2 timbits
- Baked salmon, spinach, tomato
- 1 hr boxing, 1 hr conditioning. KILLED IT. Coming from a boot camp background, I highly enjoy what most people hate.
- Protein drink, 3 rice cakes
So I'm writing this at 2 p.m. The day was planned before it even began. Diets are no fun.
