I'm trying. It's hard to get back into this habit.
The weekend as self esteem crushing and I won't go on with that.
- Chicken breast and steamed broccoli and spinach with some balsamic glaze over top
- 3 Hersheys kisses
- Egg salad sandwich
- Seaweed
- Dried banana chips
- 1 hr boot camp. Legs and abs. Meh.
- Protein powder in water
- Salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon bits, chicken, balsamic dressing.
