Wednesday.

5:30 a.m: Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal with rice milk.

Exercise (7:15 a.m): 1 hour with trainer. My legs are currently sore and my butt hurts, hah! All from yesterday's boot camp. So, we focused more on arms today.

9:30 a.m: Booster Juice Bananas a Whey. Yum! Go 26 grams of protein!

We have a going away party today at lunch for a co-worker. Must make a good food choice! I feel as though I may not have been doing as well lately and it makes me angry.

12:30 p.m: We went to Il Fornello. I had a salad with mixed greens, goat cheese, roasted red peppers and walnuts with I think balsamic dressing. Also had a few small pieces of bread with olive oil pre meal. Yea yea my photo is blurry.
3:30 p.m: Had a bunch of almonds and a few chocolate covered pretzels.

6:00 p.m: I was out and about and picked up the below. Couscous and wheatberry salad. Didn't finish it all though. Maybe half.
Rain/thunderstorm/hail like crazy outside. It's scary from a condo with big windows. It looks like the end of the world. I'd rather it blizzard snow than rain. Rain scares me!

On a side note, I feel fat. I don't know. Something is telling me I've gained some weight back :(

I'm bored. I did a few floor exercises. I looked over to my right and it was an interesting sight. My new running shoes (the one's I thought were hideous but I've come to like), my gym bag (Lululemon, really? me? WTF) and an exercise ball. This is my life now.
