Exercise (7:00 a.m): 45 minute boot camp.
9:00 a.m: Booster Juice, Bananas a Whey. I didn't think this one through, I've had too much banana already. Anyways, ingredients are vanilla frozen yogurt (sugar content is probably bad I bet!), banana, skim milk, pineapple and 30g of protein powder.
12:00 p.m: Gross. I made a salad and hated it. I bought some couscous on the side. Salad included arugula, mushroom, potato, chickpea in balsamic dressing. Here is a before/after... I threw most of it away.
I got hungry seeing as how I really didn't have lunch/
3:30 p.m: I went and got brown rice with veggies over top. Teriyaki sauce. VERY filling. Yuck. Kinda bland.
So I bought two pairs of running shoes today. One is ugly, one is ok. The one I really wanted was awesome but not as comfortable. Tomorrow I am returning the ugly one. Damn, running shoes are expensive. But, I finally have the proper support!
7:00 p.m: Same dinner as last night. Broccoli with tofu thingie.
Take a look at the current contents of my fridge. yup, that's it. Only took 3 days for my grocery shopping to finish. Boooooo.
